Installing without a pod.

If you're a current Midco internet customer adding Midco Wi-Fi services, you may not need to install a pod. To add Midco Wi-Fi to your plan, give us a call at 1.800.888.1300 or send us a chat. Then, simply download the Midco Wi-Fi app and log in with your My Account info. 

If you previously had Midco Freestyle Wi-Fi, you'll also need to return your current equipment

Check to see if you have one or multiple devices offline by turning them off and on.

Reboot your internet equipment.

Run an internet speed test in the Midco Wi-Fi app.

Log in to My Account to see your device's connection status.

Check if there is an outage in your area.
