Approved Modems

When you use internet service from Midco, we require you use an approved cable modem that’s qualified to work with our network – whether you lease a modem from Midco or bring your own.

(Note that different equipment is used for fiber internet or fixed wireless internet service.)

Reboot Modem

Having some trouble with your internet connection? The first thing you can do to reset your modem equipment is to reboot your modem – manually, through My Account or our app.
