Go to Midco.com/CableTVSupport. In the equipment activation section, enter your HD digital receiver serial number and select Activate Now.
Then, press Guide on your Midco remote to scroll and confirm you're receiving the channels in your cable package. (Hint: This may take up to 15 minutes to begin and one hour to completely load.)
