Not all cable wall outlets are active. Try other coax outlets in your home. Then wait 10 minutes to see if it connects. You may also need to try a different power outlet.
Your modem is ready when the lights are solid (not flashing).
Note: Your lights may not be green like the picture. The color of your lights may vary depending on your modem model.
