Your Midco Wi-Fi has a default Wi-Fi network name and password created. Once your modem is online, meaning all the lights are solid, you can view your Wi-Fi information to connect devices or change it to something more personalized, then connect your devices.
Tip: It’s best to use your preexisting Wi-Fi network name and password so all devices previously connected will easily switch to your new Wi-Fi network!
- Download the Midco Wi-Fi app on your phone or tablet.
- Open the app and log in using your Midco My Account credentials.
- Review and accept terms of service and privacy policy.
- Tap the gear icon next to Adapt.
- Your default Wi-Fi network name is displayed.
- To change your Wi-Fi network name, tap the pencil icon.
- Your default Wi-Fi password can be viewed by tapping on Show.
- To change your Wi-Fi password, tap the three dots then tap Edit.
