Midco Welcomes McGlennen to CHRO Role

December 18, 2017 – Minneapolis, MN: Ann McGlennen has joined Midco as the Chief Human Resources Officer. McGlennen is responsible for aligning human resource strategies with business objectives. Known as a collaborative leader with expertise in talent management and development, McGlennen has spent 24 years in HR.
“I am very excited for Ann to join the Midco team. Ann comes to us as an accomplished leader with years of experience in a wide variety of human resource roles,” said President & CEO Pat McAdaragh. “Ann will help lead Midco in our quest to be the best at what we do, taking our employee engagement and employee satisfaction to even higher levels.”
Most recently, McGlennen was VP of HR Stores/Field for Target Canada. While in that role, she was responsible for organizational design, talent acquisition and planning, training and development, diversity and inclusion, employee relations and compensation and benefits.
McGlennen graduated from The American University in Washington, DC, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs. McGlennen will base in Midco’s Minneapolis office.
