Forgot Your Password?

We’ve all forgotten passwords from time to time. You can update or reset your Midco email password online in My Account and in the My Account app.

You can edit your password for your Midco email address in My Account.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Hover over the Services tab and select Manage Email from the dropdown menu options.
  3. Click Edit next to the email address to edit.
    • If you do not have a current Midco email account, you will instead see the statement: We no longer offer new Midco email addresses as a part of our Internet service. We suggest creating a free email account with a reputable email provider.
  4. Enter your password and confirm it.
  5. Click Submit to save.

You can edit the passwords for all your email accounts in the My Account app on your smartphone.

  1. Log in to the My Account app (available in the App Store and Google Play).1
  2. Click on the Ξ icon in the upper right hand corner of the Home screen.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow next to Services and then the drop-down arrow next to Internet.
  4. Select Manage Email from the drop-down menu options
  5. Click Edit next to the email address to edit.
    • If you do not have a current Midco email account, you will instead see the statement: We no longer offer new Midco email addresses as a part of our Internet service. We suggest creating a free email account with a reputable email provider.
  6. Enter your password and confirm it.
  7. Click Submit to save.

We�ve confirmed your scheduled account service transfer.
