Midco was recently named a Platinum PAR Award winner. 

In honor of the 20th anniversary of the PAR Workplace Diversity Study, The WICT Network presented Midco with a Platinum PAR Award, which recognizes companies that have consistently ranked as a Top Company for Women to Work throughout the survey’s history. 

Midco Chief Human Resources Officer Ann McGlennen said, “I’m proud to accept this award on behalf of Midco. Being recognized as a Platinum PAR Award winner is humbling and affirming. The WICT Network, its many resources and its members help keep us accountable, striving for broader representation and diverse viewpoints.”

Since its inception in 2003, the PAR Survey has been instrumental in advancing women in the media, entertainment and technology industry.
