Customer Service Careers
Help us redefine the customer experience, create meaningful connections and provide extraordinary service to each customer. Use your creative problem-solving skills to help customers with everything from billing and payment questions to troubleshooting data or video products. You’ll be part of a team providing exceptional customer experience by building rapport, expressing empathy and effectively and accurately resolving customer questions and concerns.
Provide great customer service and sales support to new and existing residential customers in a retail environment. Help drive residential sales opportunities by helping customers select services such as internet, TV and phone.
As a Retention Representative, your goal is to foster customer loyalty. You’ll listen to individual needs, reinforce the value of Midco services and present customized solutions that fit the customer’s needs. You’ll take calls from residential customers requesting to add, change or disconnect services, or inquiring about their current pricing.
Sales Careers
Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients by achieving or exceeding individual and team goals. Achieve customer acquisition and retention strategies focused on local advertising customers and associated key segments, while providing optimal customer satisfaction.
Identify, develop and promote sales opportunities across your assigned region. Showcase the power of Midco internet, TV, VoIP phone, managed services, data center and other solutions to prospective customers, while providing superior customer service to our existing customers.
Drive residential sales opportunities through door-to-door sales efforts. Network throughout the community to provide individual consumers with telephone, internet and TV services. Sales Associates will also network with apartment managers, local builders, insurance agents and realtors to drive referrals and increase sales.
Partner with business owners to understand their technology needs and provide creative solutions to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing businesses, driving sales and providing the best customer experience possible.
Connect with potential residential customers through incoming and outbound calls, emails and chat interactions. Help those inquiring about Midco products and services find the right products and services.
