Take control of your Midco services with My Account. Creating a My Account profile allows you to view your statements, pay your bills, manage your services and more.1 You can create user profiles for each member of your family – giving them access to only the services you want.  
 
This login is also used to access other Midco services you may have including the MidcoTV app, TV Everywhere streaming and the Midco Wi-Fi app

How to register:

You'll need a few things before getting started. 

  • Your Midco account number from the first page of your Midco statement
  • Your PIN, which may be a Midco-issued PIN

If you need help finding either one of these numbers, contact us.

  1. Visit Midco.com/MyAccount, or download the My Account app from the App Store® or Google Play™. 
  2. Click Create Account
  3. Enter your account number and PIN
  4. Enter and confirm your email address
    • This email address will be associated with your account.  
    • Your email address is also your username, so make sure it’s one you use regularly.  
  5. Enter and confirm a secure password
    • The password must be eight to 32 characters long and have at least one number, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter. Special characters are allowed but not required. 
  6. Enter your cell phone number.  
    • Must be a valid U.S. phone number.
    • While entering your cell phone number isn’t required, adding it will help you log in with your number or if you’ve forgotten your password.
  7. Select your notification preferences.  
    • Important note: Click the link to verify your email address.
    • If you enter a phone number, you’ll also receive a confirmation text from 83069 to confirm you can use your phone number for future logins via one-time passcode. No need to reply to the text.
  8. Read and accept Midco's terms and conditions. 
  9. Click Register.  
  10. You’ll receive a confirmation email.  
    • IMPORTANT: Click the link to verify your email address. 
    • If you enter a phone number, you’ll also receive a confirmation text from 83069 to confirm you can use your phone number for future logins via one-time passcode. No need to reply to the text. 
You can now log in to My Account 24/7 to manage your services. Start by setting up auto pay or adding a user to your account.
