Call Forwarding

Don’t miss an important call with call forwarding. Call forwarding allows you to temporarily forward your incoming phone calls to a local, mobile, long-distance or international number.  

Monthly fees may apply depending on how you use the call forwarding features. Calls forwarded outside the local calling area will incur applicable international or long-distance charges.

Activating call forwarding. 

  1. Dial *72. 
  2. When you hear the dial tone, dial the number you want to receive your forwarded calls followed by #. 

Deactivating call forwarding. 

  1. Dial *73. 
  2. Two short tones and a dial tone confirms calls are no longer forwarding. 

Redirect calls to another number while you’re on the phone. This feature does not work if you’re using call waiting.

Activating busy call forwarding. 

  1. Dial *90. 
  2. After the tone, enter the phone number where you want to forward calls. 
  3. It is activated when you hear a confirmation tone or announcement.  

Deactivating busy call forwarding. 

  1. Dial *91. 
  2. If a caller is still on the line, your phone will ring, and you’ll be connected when you pick up. 

Redirect calls to another number if a call isn’t picked up after a specified number of rings. This feature does not work if you’re using call waiting.

Activating call forwarding no answer. 

  1. Dial *92. 
  2. After the tone, enter the phone number where you want to forward calls. 
  3. It is activated when you hear a confirmation tone or announcement. 

Deactivating call forwarding no answer. 

  1. Dial *93. 
  2. If a caller is still on the line, your phone will ring, and you’ll be connected when you pick up. 

Certain features may require you to create a unique PIN. You can change your PIN at any time.  

Changing your call services PIN. 

  1. Dial *319. 
  2. Enter your current PIN followed by #. 
  3. Enter your new PIN followed #. 

You will hear confirmation of the new PIN you created.  

If you misplace your PIN or need assistance, please contact us.

Need More Help?
