Continuous Redial

Did you get a busy signal? With continuous redial, your phone can automatically redial busy numbers while you make and receive other calls. (Sometimes, this feature is also known as automatic redial or automatic callback.)

  1. When you get a busy signal, hang up, pick up the handset again and press *66. Your phone will continue to redial that number for up to 30 minutes.
  2. If the call connects, a special callback ring notifies you. Just pick up the handset to answer, and you’re connected to the person you’ve been trying to reach.

If you haven’t received a call back within 30 minutes, the feature will expire. If you’d like to cancel this feature before 30 minutes has passed, lift your handset, and press *86.
