Midcontinent Begins Airing Mitchell City Council Meetings

January 11, 2016 – Sioux Falls, SD: Midcontinent Communications has begun airing Mitchell City Council meetings live on KRNL in Mitchell.
“We saw this as an opportunity to help Mitchell residents stay informed about their local government, city services and community life,” said Dan Nelson, Director of Governmental Affairs at Midco. “Since we began airing the meetings live in December, we’ve had a positive response to this effort.”
Mitchell residents can watch the meetings the first and third Monday of every month on KRNL, channel 7, Mitchell’s public, educational and government access channel.
