Self-Install

We offer a DIY option for some internet and TV services. If your equipment doesn’t require a tech visit, we’ll deliver it to your home along with instructions to connect. Self-install your services on your time.

Virtual Visit

With this no-contact option, a Midco technician completes work outside your home, and then guides you through a video or phone call on how to install or repair your internet or TV services inside.

Professional Install

In-person visits are required for some services, such as in new construction or first-time services to a neighborhood. We’ll work with you to set up and the appointment and will always treat your home with respect.

4 Virtual visit installation fee is $25. Professional, in-person installation fee is $100. There is no charge for service visits (virtual or in-person) and self-installation. If there is an issue with a virtual visit and a technician needs to enter a home to complete work, there is no additional charge to the customer.
