View Statements

You can locate your current and recent statements anytime online in My Account.

Note: Statements are kept online for only 12 months. If you need to retain your statements, please download them prior to the end of the year.

If you experience issues trying to view your statement online, you may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker, as it may be preventing the window from displaying.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Under Billing, click Statements.
  3. When a list of statements appears, click on the statement date you’d like to review. A new window will open with a PDF of the statement.

For an explanation about the various areas of the statement, refer to the statement quick guide.

  1. Log in to the Midco My Account app.
  2. On the Home screen, tap your current amount due (even if it’s $0).
  3. To access your statements, tap Pay Now, Payment History or View All Statements Online.
  4. When a list of statements appears, click on the statement you’d like to review. A new window will open with a PDF of the statement.

For an explanation about the various areas of the statement, refer to the statement quick guide.
