View Statements

You can locate your current and recent statements anytime online in My Account or on the My Account app.

Note: Statements are kept online for only 12 months. If you need to retain your statements, please download them prior to the end of the year.

If you experience issues trying to view your statement online, you may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker, as it may be preventing the window from displaying.

How to view statements:

  1. Log in to My Account or the My Account app.
  2. Tap View My Statement on the Home tab. A new browser window will load for payment management.
  3. Check the box next to statement to view.
    • You can also select Billing on the navigation bar and check the box next to the statement you want to view.

How to see your statement cycle/billing period:

  1. Log in to My Account or the My Account app.
  2. Tap Find Out under When is your next statement? on the Home screen.

Check account balance:

The Home screen shows your current balance under the Billing and Statements section, as well as your Next statement date.

  • You can also find your next statement by scrolling down to where it says When is your next statement? on the Home screen and selecting the underlined Find out.

Paper Statements

To receive paper statements, refer to the My Account paperless billing enrollment steps on this page. Click to remove the billing/paperless billing checkmark under email and text.

Note: You can't switch to paper statements if someone else on your account is opted into electronic statements. To enable paper statements, all account users must disable email and text billing notifications.
