February 5, 2026 – Lawrence, KS: Midco is proud to announce the opening of a newly renovated Customer Experience Center (CXC) in Lawrence. 

Located downtown at 644 New Hampshire Street, the new CXC will be staffed by the same great Midco team to help customers with billing questions, equipment pickup, service setup and changes, payments and more. 

“We are thrilled to welcome our Lawrence customers to this beautiful facility,” said Retail Manager Vivian Sanders. “While our address has changed, our incredible team, attentive service and Midco Customer Commitment remain the same. We invite our friends, neighbors and customers to see the new space and say hello!” 

Please note that Midco customer support will no longer be provided at the previous  location at 2000 W 31st Street. Invitations to the official CXC ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 will be distributed later this year.
