  • Provide feedback (positive and negative). This helps us make sure we're providing the best service possible.
  • Share your Connect-A-Friend referral code with friends. Earn a $75 credit for yourself and for every person you refer.2
  • Spread the word about Midco services on social media and provide reviews and testimonials for marketing purposes.

Services not available in all areas, and some restrictions apply. Service coverage requires connectivity to a Midco fixed wireless tower. A professional Midco technician will visit your home to locate the best signal with the intention of performing a full install. However, if we are unable to get a proper signal to your location, there will be no cost or obligation to you.

1 Actual internet speeds may vary depending on your computer or mobile device’s capacity, the number of devices accessing the internet at once and web traffic. Speeds may also be impacted by third-party equipment (such as your computer or router). Capacity and/or connectivity can be periodically impacted by unusual conditions, such as extreme weather, that could misalign antennas. Contact us for help if you suspect this has occurred.

2 Offer only available to new residential customers adding internet, TV and/or phone service(s) in Midco-serviceable areas. Services are not available in all areas. Referral must be for residential services only. Business services do not qualify.This referral credit has no cash value and will not be refunded. If the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeited. The new, referred customer will still receive the credit. In order to receive the referral credit, you must keep your account payment status current. Midco employees are not eligible for the referral program. Credit will post to the existing customer’s account after 60 days. Other restrictions apply.
