Actual internet speeds may vary based on device capacity, number of devices, web traffic and whether using Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Speeds may be impacted by third-party equipment. Customers are responsible for modem purchase or lease. Additional equipment fees may apply. Non-Midco modems must have DOCSIS 3.1 technology. Installation options vary by address, existing Midco network technology and services selected. A one-time fee of $100 for professional installation or $15 for a self-installation kit may apply.
The 3-Year Price Lock (“promotion”) applies solely to the monthly internet charges and remains in effect for thirty-six (36) months from the date of activation. Upon expiration, standard rates apply. The promotion excludes all other charges, including but not limited to equipment rental, installation, video services, taxes and regulatory fees, which are billed separately and may vary. Other terms and conditions may apply. Eligibility may be revoked if the customer modifies the service plan or adds services during the promotional period.
