Power Residential Internet Service Provider Customer Satisfaction Study is based on market leading data science, delivering the most accurate, unbiased values in the industry. The study is based on responses from 22,945 customers and measures overall customer satisfaction based on five factors:

- Communication and promotions
- Billing and payment
- Customer service
