Midco Sports Plus App Privacy Policy

Children Under 13
Midco Sports Plus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 13, please do not register or provide personal information. Parents may review, delete, and control their children's personal information by contacting Webmaster@Midco.com.
Profile and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your profile and associated app usage data by calling 1.800.888.1300. Deletion will remove your profile email, password, and app usage data tied to your profile. Aggregated usage data and data required for legal/regulatory reasons cannot be deleted.
Contests and Promotions
If you participate in contests or promotions through the app, you may need to provide information such as your name, address, and email. If you win, you may be asked for additional identification to verify your identity or comply with tax reporting requirements. Entry information may be shared with sponsors or promotional partners, who are responsible for their own privacy practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
