Midco Strengthens Services in St. Joseph

July 19, 2018 – St. Joseph, MN: In its ongoing commitment to improving services, Midco has invested in strengthening its central communications hub that connects all Midco services in the St. Joseph area. This investment will enhance service reliability for Midco’s residential and business customers.

In the coming months, Midco will physically move and reconnect all of its network connections and associated equipment inside its operations center.

As a result, customers in designated neighborhoods should expect two to three service interruptions during overnight maintenance periods beginning Wednesday, July 25 and ending on Tuesday, September 25.

On the predetermined dates, all Midco services will be unavailable during part or all of the 12 am-6 am CT maintenance window. Customers should watch their mail and email inboxes for their specific outage dates.

Midco apologizes for any inconvenience this enhancement causes customers. We know how important it is to remain connected to the world. Our team is committed to keeping these service interruptions as brief as possible.
