December 8, 2025 – Aberdeen, SD: The Aberdeen community is once again invited to the annual Christmoose with the Chamber, hosted by presenting sponsor Midco. 

“We’re thrilled to welcome our friends, neighbors and customers to this beloved holiday event,” said Midco Customer Experience Center Manager Cody Folden. “It’s the perfect combination of creativity, competition and connection, and Midco is proud to brighten spirits by hosting the celebration again this year.” 

“Christmoose is a wonderful example of what happens when community, creativity and generosity come together,” said Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Gail Ochs. “Each year, this event brings smiles, laughter and a sense of connection that’s truly special. At this signature Aberdeen holiday event, Chamber member businesses and organizations can sponsor a moose and dress it up for races. Attendees can bet on the moose of their choice, based on odds, and take part in other festive activities. Non-winning betting slips will be entered into door prize drawings for prizes. All moose will be entered in a contest for a people’s choice award. 

Come for the friendly atmosphere, bet on the races, participate in games, enter to win door prizes — and stay for a night of laughs, connections and holiday cheer with fellow Chamber members and friends.
