November 3, 2025 – Sioux Falls, SD: The WICT Network has honored Midco as one of its PAR Top Companies for Women to Work based on the results of its 2025 survey. The survey gauges gender-related quantitative and qualitative employee data and aims to deliver research that builds better, stronger and faster companies. 

The PAR Survey is conducted in partnership with NAMIC’s AIM Survey, and is underwritten by the NCTA Education Foundation, administered by PWC. 

Midco Chief Human Resources Officer Ann McGlennen accepted the award at the 2025 Touchstones Luncheon, an industry event celebrating progress and leadership in the workplace.
