Method of fiber internet delivery varies by service location with connections provided either via fiber-to-the-curb or fiber-to-the-premises. 

1 The 3-Year Price Lock (“promotion”) applies solely to the monthly service charges on home internet plans and remains in effect for thirty-six (36) months from the activation date. Upon expiration, standard rates apply. The promotion excludes all other charges, including but not limited to equipment rental, installation, video services, taxes and regulatory fees, which are billed separately and may vary. Other terms and conditions may apply. 

For customers in select locations, the advertised rate requires continuous enrollment in auto pay and paperless billing. Customers using a stored bank account receive a $10 monthly discount, and those using a debit or credit card receive a $5 monthly discount. Removal of either enrollment or changes to the service plan may result in rate adjustments or loss of eligibility.
