Community Involvement

We love where we live.

Every community we’re in is special to us. We want our services and our presence to improve the lives of the people there. That’s why you’ll see us in the towns we serve – because we live there too! Whether it’s sponsoring community events, cleaning up along the highway through our Midco ACTS events or providing grants to local organizations, we are proud to be an active member of the community.

Come have fun with us!

Every year, we participate in events across all five of our states. We live, work and play in many of the places we serve. Follow us on social media to see where we’re out and about to next!

Midco Internships

Our interns push Midco to think bigger. We focus on bringing on interns who enhance and embrace our company culture. They work as part of our team from day one, participating in everyday tasks, leading special projects and learning more about their chosen career path.

Build Dakota

Midco is proud to sponsor Build Dakota Scholarships, which are awarded to skilled students entering high-need workforce programs at South Dakota technical institutes. This helps students establish a foundation for their future, working to fill high-demand jobs in the area.

Caring for our planet.

We love our communities, and to us, a part of taking care of them involves taking care of the environment. We’re committed to creating a sustainable workplace by recycling, using LED lights, providing eco-friendly products to our team members so we can lessen our environmental impact.
