As a growing business, we are eager to expand our supply chain through diverse partnerships. As a federal contractor, we are committed to affirmative action. We welcome a variety of vendors and suppliers, and strive to maintain a diverse list of companies in the communities we serve.
Our goal is to expand our supplier diversity program to better support smaller organizations and those run by women and minorities by allowing these vendors the opportunity to supply Midco with various products and services. At Midco, we believe it is important to support our communities by giving our time and our talents where they can make a difference. Midco actively supports organizations that work with minority populations through event sponsorships, public service announcements and cash awards from the Midco Foundation.
To date, the Foundation has contributed more than $4 million to support the work of non-profit organizations, local governments and schools in South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota and Kansas.
