People can be assigned to specific devices so you can set content access restrictions Time Outs or Internet Freezes for all assigned devices at the same time.

Adding a Person

  1. From the Home screen, select the People tab on the navigation bar.
  2. Tap + and select Create a Person.
  3. Add a photo or choose an icon. Enter the name.
  4. Complete the Person profile by selecting their Content Access limits. Tap
  5. Once the profile has been created, click Tap to assign a device to set up their primary device and all other devices.
  6. Tapping the three dotsbeside the person’s name allows you to view their Personal info, Devices assigned and Person profile.

Please note that adding a person does not give them access to your app account or passwords. It just allows you to monitor and manage Wi-Fi access for that person.

Removing a Person

  1. From the Home screen, select the People tab on the navigation bar.
  2. Go to the person you’d like to remove and tap the three dots on the right side.
  3. Select Remove person. Confirm by clicking Remove. This removes the profile and historical data consumption information for that person. All previously assigned devices for that person will now be unassigned.

In addition to transferring your services, we�re also moving any payment methods and/or auto pay settings to your new account number.

Billing access will be available four days after your services are activated at your new address.
