Midco provides free directory assistance calls to those with impaired vision or a qualifying disability that prevents the use of a phone book or other means of locating a telephone number. Midco telephone subscribers are eligible to receive this exemption.

Note: This exemption applies to calls to the operator and 411 directory assistance charges only. Operator completed calls and long distance charges are not included.
