NSIC Completes Media Rights Agreement With Midco Sports

BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The NSIC completed a media rights agreement with Midco Sports for the 2024 NSIC Men’s & Women’s Basketball Tournaments. The agreement will have the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship rounds air exclusively on Midco Sports and streamed on Midco Sports Plus.
The 12-team NSIC Men’s & Women's Basketball Tournament quarterfinals, semifinals, and championships are set to take place March 2-5, 2024 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The tournament first round games will be played Wednesday, February 28 on the campus of the higher seed and will be produced by the host institution with a free live stream on the NSIC Network.
“This is a very exciting time as we continue to evolve and enhance our relationship with Midco Sports,” said NSIC Commissioner Erin Lind. “This partnership will allow fans to continue to enjoy the first-class production from Midco Sports during the NSIC Basketball Tournaments.”
“For more than ten years, Midco Sports and the NSIC have been partners. We’re thrilled to continue broadcasting high-energy, high-quality NSIC tournament games that fans and alumni can watch on Midco Sports or Midco Sports Plus,” said Midco’s VP of Business Development Sports Mark Powell.
Midco subscribers can view games either on Midco Sports channel 622 or stream via Midco Sports Plus. Fans that do not have Midco Sports must subscribe to Midco Sports Plus to view contests (available via web browser, via Android or IOS app or on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku). A monthly subscription will give fans full access to all 14 NSIC tournament games played at the Sanford Pentagon. Fans would also have access to all Midco Sports Plus content during the duration of their subscription. Subscriptions are for 30 days from the date of registration and can be cancelled at any time. Midco Sports Plus is a standalone product and fans do not need to have any other Midco services.
