November 30, 2017 – Lawrence, KS: Midco will open its new Customer Experience Center and staff office doors at 2000 W. 31st Street, Suite C in Lawrence tomorrow.

The new CXC is designed to empower Midco team members to provide better service to customers. The digital queue system, interactive touchscreens, TV Everywhere and TiVo services provide an easy place to interact with all of Midco’s services while having a positive customer experience.

Midco Business and Advertising Sales Consultants who had offices at Riverfront Plaza have also relocated to the 31st Street location.

While the new location is an integral part of Midco’s investment in the community, there have been many other recent announcements made to enhance Midco customers’ experience. In early December, cable TV packages will be updated and the ON Demand library will be upgraded. Midco Sports Network® launched its new Midco Sports Tonight sportscast on November 6 on channel 32 (SD) and channel 232 (HD). Longtime Lawrence sportscaster Kevin Romary anchors the 30-minute show.

Looking ahead to 2018, Midco will bring its gigabit internet service to Lawrence. The affordable, even-faster internet option is available by cable modem throughout most of Midco’s service area.
