The Belonging at Midco Council
In 2019, Midco gathered a group of team members from across the organization to answer a question: Did people feel like they could truly be their authentic selves at work? That’s how the Belonging at Midco Council began – with a mission to be a force for good and foster an environment of belonging where all team members feel safe, have a voice and can be themselves.
Today, the council and its mission are an integral part of our Midco life, from the on-boarding process for new team members to our extensive internal resource library.
